SAFETY CHECK
Tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions set out below. The passenger, by purchasing a ticket, confirms that he/she accepts and understands the terms and conditions and that he/she is aware of all conditions of carriage of the bus services.
TICKETS
a.
Tickets are not transferable.
b.
Passengers must ensure that all the information is correct when purchasing a ticket.
c.
Any alteration to a ticket will render it invalid.
d.

DEPARTURE TIME
a.
Passengers are requested to be at the boarding location an hour before departure time.
b.
Should one be left behind due to not arriving at their boarding point in time, no refund and or re-bookwill be allowed.
SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
a.
Strictly no use of any illegal substances, consumption of alcohol or smoking on the bus.
b.
We have the right to refuse to service or load any passenger under the influence of alcohol or anyillegal substance
c.
Should any person violate the terms and conditions regarding consumption of alcohol or smoking, they will be disembarked immediately at the next safe area.
DEPARTURE TIME
a.

.Any seat not filled within 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, will be offered for sale to standby passengers on a first come first served basis..
FARES
a.
Fares can change anytime without notice ticket prices may vary based on date / place of purchase.

REFUND/ RE-BOOKINGS
a.
No Refunds are allowed.
b.Change of dates or re-book may be allowed in exceptional circumstances and may incur a penalty fee of 50% or more, based on the original ticket value.
c.Change of dates or re-book must be requested 24hours before departure and may be granted only on the discretion of the operator should the customer provide mitigating factors.
d.Best Express Logistics will not be liable and no refund will be provided for any lost or damaged luggage items.
LUGGAGE
a. Luggage will be charged separately at the operator’s offices or bus.
b. Any luggage items will be transported at the owner’s risk.

CHILDERN
a.No children under the age of 12 years will be allowed to travel without an accompanying adult.
b.Children under the age of 3 years travel for free if not occupying a seat
LOYALTY
a.Customers can claim 1 free booking for every 5 bookings with us.
b.To claim this offer, the customer must produce the 5 previous tickets which will be verified and confirmed at our offices.

PREGNANT PASSENGER
a.Passengers that are more than 7 months pregnant are not allowed to travel on the bus.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY & TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
RESPONSIBILITY

Best Express Logostics (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Best Express Logostics makes every effort to ensure connections between its services where appropriate. However, no liability can be accepted for loss or damage caused by any failure to make these connections or perceived to exist with other transport operations.
Best Express Logostics reserves the right to revise seat allocations without prior notice and to operate substitute vehicles of the same standard.
Best Express Logostics reserves the right to cancel any of its services for whatever reason without notice. Under no circumstances will any liability be accepted for losses incurred by pre-booked passengers. Reimbursement in such an event would apply, however.
Any claims relating to service quality will be considered no later than 15 days from the date of travel.
Alert
Please ensure you are in possession of a valid ticket to your destination and a valid luggage sticker copy.
Please ensure you have a valid cash receipt for tickets issued on route and receipts for any form of payment made by you to the driver or consultant.
Should you be found on board without a valid ticket or receipt you will be penalized or liable for the cost of the ticket plus
50% of the value of the ticket or you will be asked to leave the coach at the nearest safe stop.
